A "virtual" regional Central Asia Youth Open House was organized via video conference connecting the five Country Offices. Ms. Annette Dixon, Country Director for Central Asia, delivered her presentation on the findings of the 2007 World Development Report "Development and the Next Generation." All participants were invited to interact with each other, discuss cross-country networking possibilities, and exchange opinions.

The Central Asia Youth Open House provided participants with an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Bank's youth-focused activities and interact with Bank staff.  The youths suggested to organize open houses more frequently.
