The 2nd ECA Education Conference is organized by The World Bank and co-hosted by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports and the University of Zagreb.
160 representatives from 30 European and Central Asian countries will attend the conference, including ministers from participating countries and international experts in tertiary education.
The main topics of the conference are:
• Quality Assurance in Tertiary Education
• Financing Higher Education
• Linkages between Higher Education, Research and Industry
At the conference, the Minister of Science, Education and Sports, Dragan Primorac M.D., Ph.D., will present an overview of tertiary education in Croatia while Željko Dujić, M.D., Ph.D., Vice-Rector of the University of Split, will present the initial findings of the OECD Thematic Review of Tertiary Education Country Report for Croatia.
