LOAN AMOUNT: IBRD-US$230 million
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will support the government's institutional and policy reform program. The reforms are designed to increase budget revenues through improved resources mobilization and better target government spending through a more efficient use of the limited resources. New policies on housing and related utilities will be introduced to eliminate the heavy burden the subsidizing of these activities have placed on the government's budget.
